We are committed in providing a healthy and balanced diet. Our menu is created with all age groups in mind and all meals are freshly prepared and home cooked on the premises by our cook. We pride ourselves on working with parents to accommodate any dietary requirements that your child may have.
Breakfast club sessions are from 7.30am.
After school sessions with a light tea and refreshments.
All available for reception age up to 8 years.
We also offers a holiday club for all holidays and inset days. The fees for the holiday club are the nursery’s normal fees which can be found under the ‘fees and funding’.

My son was very young when starting at amazing acorns, having to work full time and dealing with PND was extremely difficult for me. Abbie and her team went above and beyond to make sure that both myself and my child were supported in every way possible. I was sent pictures of my little boy through the day which really helped me cope with leaving him and being away from him so much, my little man transitioned from baby room to todler room and in both rooms was always very happy, walking in and waving me good bye to start his day full of fun. Having been a childminder before I was very keen to send my son somewhere that wasnt over crowded with children and that would be more nurturing for my child, Abbie and her team have gone above and beyond my expectations of this and I'm very happy with the care he receives and would recommend this nursery to anyone.

MotherAbsolutely amazing nursery! We moved our little girl from another well known nursery to amazing acorns and I can't praise them highly enough! Ella has come on leaps and bounds with her speech and general learning. It's a more structured nursery so they are able to learn and explore rather than just play. Ella loves all the staff and all the children and gets so excited when we pull up to take her in. A huge thumbs up from me and Liam! And we would like to thank you for all your help in bringing Ella forward.

MotherThere is so much I want to say about Amazing Acorns, and I don't even know where to begin. We first visited the nursery when my daughter was just four months old, as we were considering options in readiness for my return to work later in the year. I dropped in fairly unexpectedly, having just spotted the nursery on my way to view Mary Poppins. Abbie and her staff were incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for - a home from home for our little girl! Since then, just over one year on, my first impression hasn't changed one bit. I love this nursery, I love the staff, and I love how much our little girl has blossomed in the company of these fantastic ladies. Thank you for everything Abbie, Alex, Alice, Lisa and all of your colleagues - we're going to be so sad to leave when it's time for big school! xxx

MotherMy son began with Amazing Acorns at 11 months old and has now been attending for 8 months. At first he was very upset every time I left him but has now reached the point where he runs in voluntarily without even saying goodbye. The staff are all very friendly and the nursery always has a welcoming and happy atmosphere. My daughter is 6 and also attends this nursery during school holidays; she always has a lot to say about her day and really looks forward to going. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience with this nursery and they have made my transition back into work much easier knowing my children are safe and well looked after.

MotherAs an Early Years Teacher myself, finding the right nursery for my two girls was always going to be a challenge. From the first point of contact at the Amazing Acorns Day Nursery open day back in October 2017, I instantly knew that this was the right place for our family. The nursery although small in size , makes up for in the amazing care and uninterrupted support they have provided my two girls. The nursery has a real home from home feel which I absolutely loved and this was important to us when sending our children from a young age.
The entire team led by Abbie have always shown a level of professionalism and integrity second to non and I really can’t recommend this nursery enough to new parents.

MotherI can't begin to say how grateful I am to Amazing Acorns! They really are special, from the way they genuinely care about each and every child all the way through to the interaction with the parents. Each child is nurtured, loved and treated as an individual; you don't get that at every nursery or childcare setting. The staff are lovely, kind people, each one of them is welcoming and friendly and they make a real effort to interact and get to know the parents/guardians of the children in their care. We couldn't ask for a better childcare setting.

MotherBoth my children go to amazing acorns nursery and it is amazing!!! They have worked on my little girls confidence and my little boys speaking and eating and really listen to any concerns you have about your child’s development etc and help work on it at nursery too. My littles girls confidence has improved so much and so has my little boys speaking and eating (he has allergies so didn’t used to eat many foods and refused to eat new food) - he now tries new/healthy foods he wouldn’t before which is brilliant! All the staff are so friendly, kind and caring and my children love them all! Both children come home having learnt new letters of the alphabet and how to write and recognise the letters and are so proud of themselves. They love telling me all the exciting things they’ve been doing at amazing acorns nursery- it’s amazing!
