We are pleased to announce that we will now be accepting the new HMRC funding from April 2024. As most children will be eligible for the funded hours by the end of the rollout, we have no choice but to amend our current additional nursery costs such as meal fees. From April 2024, Amazing Acorns will be introducing the nursery enhancement fee which will override the current meal fee rate. The HMRC funding covers the cost of the ‘childcare’ element of daily nursery life. As a result, we are now asking for a Nursery Enhancement Fee. This will cover everything from meals, craft resources, toys and utilities to ensure Nursery can continue to run to our Amazing Acorn standard.
